Cardinals manager Oli Marmol has described the slow start as a "challenge" to embrace after recent losses, though offered a bit of a different perspective behind some frustration Tuesday. Councilmembers Kathy Watanabe, Karen Hardy, Suds Jain and Anthony Becker voted for the project, while Mayor Lisa Gillmor, Vice Mayor Kevin Park and Councilmember Raj Chahal voted against it.The project is expected to be funded through several different revenue streams, but the county has been banking on a large portion of the money coming from Project Homekey — a pandemic-era initiative from Gov. As the planet went down the stellar hatch, there was a swift hot outburst of light, fol...Latest news
