DENVER (KDVR) -- Back-to-school season is exciting because not only are the kids occupied, but that means it's finally college football season.The University of Colorado Boulder recently announced its move to the Big 12 conference, but that won't be in effect until next year, making this football season their last in the Pac-12.With Deion Sanders as the new coach, the Associated Press reports that the Buffaloes have become an unlikely favorite for people betting this football season.Out of the 115 players on the roster, 87 are newcomers. This is part of Sanders' effort to revive the football program. A suspicious package found a South Florida beach prompted a quick response by police.Miami-Dade Police arrived at the scene at Crandon Park near Key Biscayne, Monday afternoon. 7Skyforce hovered over the scene as officers assessed the situation. According to police, they received a call about a brick of cocaine that washed up on the shore. WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. regulators on Monday approved the first RSV vaccine for pregnant women so their babies will be born with protection against the scary respiratory infection.RSV is notorious for filling hospitals with wheezing babies every fall and winter. The Food and Drug Administration cleared Pfizer’s maternal vaccination to guard against a severe case of RSV when babies are most vulnerable — from birth through 6 months of age.The next step: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention must issue recommendations for using the vaccine, named Abrysvo, during pregnancy. New Hampshire State Police are investigating a possible drowning Monday morning in Franklin Pierce Lake in Hillsborough, officials said.Troopers responding to a report of a possible drowning found the victim, later identified as Alan Morrison, 76, of Hollis, New Hampshire, after neighbors found him in the water along the shoreline of his home and called 911, according to state police.Responding agencies included New Hampshire State Police Marine Patrol, New Hampshire State Police Troop B, Hillsborough police and fire departements, and the Hollis Police Department.The New Hampshire Medical Examiner’s Office also responded and have scheduled an autopsy for Tuesday. Short on options and low on time, the Yankees are promoting two of their top prospects.The team will add outfielder Everson Pereira and infielder Oswald Peraza to the major league roster before starting a series with the Washington Nationals on Tuesday, according to multiple reports.Friday marked the first day that teams can call prospects up without them accruing 45 days of major league service time and therefore losing rookie eligibility in 2024.The 22-year-old Pereira is considered the Yankees’ third-best prospect, according to MLB.com. LEGO is now well on its way to gathering the building blocks for a new Boston headquarters, announcing a planned 1001 Boylston St. location Monday.“We’re incredibly excited to be moving to a new location with such a rich history, ideally located in Back Bay, between Boston and Cambridge,” said Skip Kodak, President of the LEGO Group in the Americas, in a release Monday. “1001 Boylston Street represents an investment in our future and a commitment to our employees.”The Back Bay location sits at the intersection of Boylston Street, Massachusetts Avenue and Newbury Street.
