Adam Frazier, who replaced Jorge Mateo in the second inning after the shortstop exited with right hip discomfort, hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning to power the Orioles to a 4-0 victory over the host Washington Nationals.Baltimore (11-7) managed just four hits in the win, but Bradish was excellent in his return with six strikeouts in six shutout innings.
