AUSTIN (KXAN) — An Austin startup has built one of the world’s first automatic tattooing devices.Blending man and machinery, Blackdot is now tattooing customers at its studio in East Austin.The first customer to receive a custom design was Kevin Rose, a technology entrepreneur who flew in from Los Angeles to receive his tattoo. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man was arrested twice amid a lengthy drug sale investigation that began in the spring of 2023. Davon Sisnett, 36, faces a slew of charges. In the spring of 2023, state police say they received information that Sisnett was handling and selling illicit drugs. The investigation led to police executing a search warrant at his home in Albany on December 8, 2023. Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who fatally struck a female pedestrian near Los Angeles International Airport overnight. The crash occurred around 12:15 a.m. Thursday in the area of West Century Boulevard and South Sepulveda Boulevard in the Westchester neighborhood, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed. The victim, described as a 30-year-old Hispanic woman, was standing in the road when she was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound on Sepulveda Boulevard, the spokesperson said. The unidentified victim, who investigators said was not homeless, died as a result of her injuries. (AP) — Police in Perry, Iowa, say there was a shooting Thursday at the city's high school.A woman who answered the Perry Police Department phone confirmed the shooting at Perry High School but did not provide any further information.The high school is part of the 1,785-student Perry Community School District.
